Oregon Wine Month: Let the Pinots Flow

To celebrate Oregon Wine Month, we are hosting a 4-course dinner with four distinct Oregon wines and a sake — each course crafted for its pairing. Expect bold flavors and unique pours, all chosen to highlight Oregon’s best.
As you all know, Chefs, Lee Styer and Jessie Prawlucki-Styer, are the dynamic duo behind Fond in Wallingford, Delaware County. Both are CIA (Culinary Institute of America) grads, trained at Le Bec-Fin, and opened Fond in 2009 on Passyunk Avenue, where French-inspired dishes take center stage.
