Chef/owner of Restaurant 1793, Chris brings refined technique, seasonal creativity, and respect for ingredients to an elevated chef-driven dining experience to South Jersey. A graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education, he honed his craft at respected Philadelphia-area kitchens including the Union League of Philadelphia and June BYOB, shaping a cuisine rooted in modern American flavors and regional influences.
Together, Chris & Arindam have curated an exceptional tasting menu with global wine pairings, showcasing each other’s craft through thoughtful flavors, both in food and wine and to create a memorable guest experience.
We will be offering a unique fish and cheese based courses where the final cheese course will be paired with two different wines – a Muscadet and a Cabernet franc to pair with the two distinct style of cheeses.
