Age Range & Intoxication
Perfect Pour Experience adheres to the laws and regulations of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania concerning alcohol service. All participants must be 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to refuse service or alcohol to any participant who appears intoxicated. We will not serve alcohol to any participant who cannot verify that they are not a minor.
TERMS OF PURCHASE:
By reserving your spot at this Perfect Pour Experience Event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Patrons acknowledge and agree that they are attending wine tastings which involve consumption of alcohol.
- Patron assumes all risks associated with alcohol consumption.
- Patrons acknowledge that they do not have, or are aware, of any medical conditions that would prevent the patron from consuming alcohol or would result in any injury or damage to the patron as a result of consumption of alcohol.
- Patrons accept full responsibility for their actions, safety and welfare, and will not hold any other party liable or responsible for their actions or the results of their actions during or immediately following any Perfect Pour Experience event.
Health risks pertaining to alcohol consumption
All patrons who purchase tickets for any event of Perfect Pour Experience acknowledge and agree to all health risks associated with the consumption of alcohol. Perfect Pour Experience is not liable for any health issues arising from alcohol consumption during these events.
Ticket Policies
Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable to anyone of your liking. Perfect Pour Experience is not responsible for errors in ticket purchases. Please verify your selection before purchasing.
Payments
Perfect Pour Experience uses third party services for payment processing. We do not collect or store payment details. The information is provided directly to the third party payment service who uses your personal information as governed by their Privacy Policy. We use Stripe for payment processing.

Canceled Events
In the event of cancellation due to conditions beyond our control (e.g., inclement weather, government-ordered shutdowns), the event will be rescheduled to accommodate most of the patrons. If anyone cannot attend the rescheduled date, a credit will be issued to the patron for a future event.
Customer Support
To reduce overhead costs for our patrons, we do not offer phone support. Please reach out to Perfect Pour Experience through the online form and we will respond to you in a timely manner.
Privacy Policy
By using the Perfect Pour Experience website, patrons agree to the collection and use of personal information such as contact information, payment details, and other personal data generated using the website (such as cookies and usage data). - Informal Resolution: Parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by written notice sent by registered mail.
- Arbitration Procedures: If unresolved, disputes shall be arbitrated by the AAA under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, or by an alternative provider if the AAA is unavailable.
- Class Action Waiver: Disputes will be arbitrated individually. Participants waive the right to a jury trial or class action.
- Other Terms: The terms of this agreement survive termination of the relationship with Perfect Pour Experience.
