Wine Tasting Dinner featuring Wines of Piedmont

Piedmont, one of the greatest wine regions of the world is the home of countless grapes (both white & black), some of which are popular and known and some are unknown.
To showcase some of the grapes/wines Ilir (owner of Bistro La Baia) has curated a unique menu to focus on the cuisine of Piedmont that will be paired with white, red and sparkling wines from this region. This 4-course dinner will be paired with 5 wines that includes a welcome wine.
