Celebrating PA Wine Month with Elwood & Galen Glen Winery
October is the peak of harvest, and Sarah and Galen Troxell (owner/winemaker of Galen Glen winery) have once again graciously agreed to join us at Elwood for a wine pairing dinner showcasing the award-winning wines of Galen Glen Winery.
October is PA Wine Month, and what better way to celebrate than with local farm-to-table dishes paired with wines from Galen Glen in the Lehigh valley AVA of Pennsylvania.
Chef Adam Diltz, a semi-finalist in 2022 for the Mid-Atlantic category of Best Chef for James Beard, has crafted a one-time menu to showcase the flavors and authenticity of local cuisine. Each dish is uniquely paired with the 90+ point wines of Galen Glen that have been featured in Michelin-starred restaurants in Washington D.C. and Taiwan.
