French Food & Wine Pairing Dinner at Agua Bistro

I am teaming up with Maria & Abde Dahrouch of Agua Bistro for our first wine pairing dinner.
Abde is an acclaimed culinary veteran who grew up in Southern France and was the owner of Pond Restaurant in Radnor, and Bistro Cassis. He and his brother had adventurous culinary journeys across different cities in the States. Finally he settled down to open his own restaurant Agua Bistro.
We will be offering a 5-course French inspired dishes paired with 5 wines from different regions of France.
