Dionysus’ Delight: Greek wine pairing dinner

The first of our series on “Flavors Around the World”, we are featuring Greek-themed wine pairing dinner, where a 4-course dinner will be paired with 4 distinct wines from Greece. To start off the evening, we will be serving Retsina & Tonic, our take on Gin & Tonic, to showcase one of the classic wine styles of Greece that goes back hundreds of years!
We will be pouring some classic Greek wines (from indigenous grapes) that have put Greece on the wine map of the World.
