Sparkling wines from Around the World

Dr. Russell Schilder and I will be hosting this class at Sakartvelo restaurant. We will be pouring some sparkling wines that you usually don’t find at wine bars or restaurants.
Sip, savor and enjoy:
Francaicorta, Sekt, sparkling Shiraz, and some British bubbles as we taste through different sparkling wines and talk about the different grapes and the production process that go in making these delicious bubbles!
We will be pouring 8 wines instead of the usual 6!!
