DESCRIPTION:Celebrating PA Wine Month with Elwood & Galen Glen Winery \nOctober is the peak of harvest\, and Sarah and Galen Troxell (owner/winemaker of Galen Glen winery) have once again graciously agreed to join us at Elwood for a wine pairing dinner showcasing the award-winning wines of Galen Glen Winery. \n \nOctober is PA Wine Month\, and what better way to celebrate than with local farm-to-table dishes paired with wines from Galen Glen in the Lehigh valley AVA of Pennsylvania. \nChef Adam Diltz\, a semi-finalist in 2022 for the Mid-Atlantic category of Best Chef for James Beard\, has crafted a one-time menu to showcase the flavors and authenticity of local cuisine.
