SUMMARY:Carl & Friends: Italian Wine Dinner with Perfect Pour Experience
DESCRIPTION:At this dinner\, Perfect Pour’s founder\, Arindam Basu\, will be guiding us through a tour of the wine regions of Italy\, from the Alto Adige in the north to the volcanic soils of Sicily in the south. And we will be pairing regional dishes with each wine\, inspired in part by our recent two week trip throughout Italy.  \nArindam Basu is a wine educator at PhillyWine LLC where he teaches all levels of WSET courses. He has his own consultancy business where he offers private wine tasting\, wine classes and wine pairing dinners.  \nThe dinner will be in a private home in Center City. We will send an email the day before the dinner with more detailed information about how to find us. We will begin with a cocktail hour (with a welcome drink and three passed hors d’oeuvres)\, followed by four seated courses. Each course will be paired with a glass of wine\, selected by Arindam. \nEach glass will be about 2-3 oz\, so (including the welcome beverage) you will be enjoying about 3 regular glasses of wine. If you want additional beverages\, you are more than welcome to BYO. \nThe ticket price is non-refundable\, but you can transfer your ticket to another person.
